Everything was really good, the wifi was free. Professional and responsive staff gave advice on things to do. It was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location in interesting artwork. Besides, we were near to the Medical Center and Houston's Museum District. The in-house restaurant onsite had delicious dishes❤
The staff was a bit rude.

Beautiful and cool place, I greatly enjoyed nice personnel.
The queen room was luxurious and immaculate, with a balcony and a safe. The location was marvellous, near Rice field, the view was AWESOME, too.

The location here was ideal and quiet, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit; we enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant and loved the themed rooms with great lighting and comfortable bedrooms.

The door staff were outstanding.
They took almost an hour to find my reservation for me and to verify it with you. The front desk people told me Booked.net did not send over my reservation. Booked.net sent me a note telling me when you sent my reservation notice to them which was when I made the reservations. I do not hearing something that is not the truth from anyone much less front desk people to cover up their screw up. We will never stay there again because of this corporate issue. BTW I am not convinced that we slept in a delux King although the room was fine.

spatious room, interrior and friendly staff.
The wireless internet connection was not good, lost the signal most of the time. The food in the restaurant is overpriced unless you go on days that they have special deals.

I liked the shuttle service provided.
The description was deluxe king bed but the room had a queen size bed with shower only no tub.

The interior design of the hotel and the rooms. I may be biased because i was a lucky customer and got a free upgrade to a suite that was so great. I didn't see the rest of the rooms but if they are a fraction of what the suite was, its great.
I was a little alarmed that upon my return from a day out, i came to my room at night and found all the pillows off my bed, sippers on the bed and candles lit. I know it was the staff making me feel comfortable so i would necessarily say it was a bad thing but i was scared when i walked in and saw candles lit and my room rearranged as i was not yet sure it was the hotel staff.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Beautiful room. Incredibly comfortable beds:) would definitely stayed there again.
Receptionist could not find my reservation made via Booked.net in their system, but made it on-site on the basis of my printed confirmation what took some time
